Nestled in a charming village, the hotel offers a comfortable room, complete with tea and coffee facilities, and a clean carpeted floor that ensured a restful night. The welcome from the friendly staff was refreshing, as they showed us to our room—something not often experienced nowadays. While the continental breakfast was included, it was just adequate, aligning with the overall vibe of the hotel. The pub below presented a solid dining option, though the prices leaned slightly higher. The Lawns stands out as a practical choice for those valuing simplicity without sacrificing comfort, making it a financially sound option for eco-conscious travelers like myself.
